The Execution & Control Phase and related processes consist of coordinating people and other resources to carry out - or execute - the plan as defined in the Project Plan Document as well as controlling those resources to keep things moving within plan tolerances. The deliverables in this stage focus on managing change, updating the schedule, tracking progress, and communicating project information. Each project team member performs defined tasks within the project, providing their own contribution toward ensuring the project's success.
Objectives of the Execution & Control Phase are:

2. Monitor and control delivery of the project
3. Communicate progress/issues to sponsor & stakeholders

1. Project Team Meeting Agenda & Minutes
2. Updated Project Schedule
3. Updated AIRCOT Log & Change Control Log
4. Updated Cost Tracking
5. Weekly Status Report (2, 3 & 4 are inputs to Status Report)
6. Signed Project Customer Acceptance
7. Updated Communications Calendar (optional)
8. Additional Project Metrics beyond the standard Project
Status Report such as Variance Reports (optional)
